Peninsular Trucking Private Limited under a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Central
Warehousing Corporation (CWC) on long term basis has undertaken the development and
management of the Pune CFS at Pimpri MIDC. The facility is located at around 118 kms from JNPT
Port. The facility is fully developed with our operations commencing from 9th April 2010. This facility is
one of the most strategically located ICD’s and is in the heart of the Pimpri, Chinchwad, Bhosari
industrial areas. |

The full benefit of containerisation can be derived only when the containers are, permitted to be
moved to points in close proximity to important industrial station so that the importers can get
clearance of the imported goods at the nearest point to their factory/premise. |
Transportation

The transportation activity of captive loaded and empties is being done by Peninsular
Trucking Private Limited which commenced operations in 1969.

PenTruck operates more than 50 Trailers of Peninsular Trucking Private Limited on
Operation & Maintenance basis and has tie ups with other transporters to take care of the
balance volumes.

For operations of the trailers under Operation & Maintenance basis, PenTruck has on its
payrolls appropriate staff including supervisors, drivers and mechanics. PenTruck
provides End to End solution, Project movement.
